Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN PERIOD: We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return the package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is marked as delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unused condition suitable for resale in the original packaging. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own cost depending on the courier you return your package with.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. Please note that it can take up to 3-5 days before the refund is visible on your bank.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Once received, you can return to us (buyer to return at their cost) Once received, we will refund.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We will refund your item once we have received it back to us, so you can reorder the product you wish. 

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a email to info@motozoom.co.uk with a photo of the damage/issue. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to return your item within the 14-day period before the return period expires, as we will be unable to accept the item after this.
